  • Applicant must be enrolled full-time (12 semester hours)
  • Applicant must be an established DC resident for at least 18 months prior to filing LEAP application
  • Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75
  • Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
