Next Generation Healers Scholarship – Accepting Applications!
At Banyan Treatment Centers, we recognize the challenges faced by individuals balancing work, school, and the pursuit of a career in healthcare, including medical, mental health, addiction treatment, clinical, and social care professions.
Our mission has always been to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care to those in need. We recognize the critical role healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, therapists, psychologists, counselors, and social workers, play in guiding individuals through recovery and fostering overall wellness. To support the next generation of these vital professionals, we are proud to offer a $1,000 scholarship specifically tailored for working students.
- You must be enrolled in the Spring Semester 2027 to receive funds.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Banyan Treatment Centers Scholarship for Working Students, you must:
Be currently enrolled in a degree program in nursing, social work, psychology, healthcare administration, or any related field.
Be a working student, meaning you are currently employed while pursuing your degree.
Have a strong commitment to a career in healthcare or wellness.
Finances must be used toward school

2. Compassion & Service
What does compassionate care mean to you, and how do you hope to demonstrate it throughout your education and career?

What is one misconception about mental health or addiction that you would like to help change, and why is addressing this issue important?

How do you plan to continue learning and growing throughout your career to better serve individuals and families seeking care?
5. Creating Lasting Impact
If you could make one meaningful impact on the lives of individuals struggling with mental health or substance use disorders, what would it be and why?
