Merjent Foundation
The Merjent Foundation is a 501(3)c dedicated to giving back to the communities where Merjent,
Inc. employees live and work by lending financial support to charitable organizations and by
fostering environmental stewardship wherever possible. Merjent, Inc. is an environmental
consulting firm, focused on the energy sector, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and serving
clients throughout North America.

Merjent Foundation Academic Scholarship
The Merjent Foundation Academic Scholarship is a one-time $2,500.00 scholarship awarded to
two individuals (one college freshman or sophomore, and one college junior or senior) who
demonstrate academic success and intend to pursue an environmental career in natural
resources, archaeology, land management/restoration, engineering or other environmental
fields.
David Campbell Memorial Scholarship
The David Campbell Memorial Scholarship is a one-time $3,500.00 scholarship awarded to one
individual who demonstrates academic success and intends to pursue an environmental career
in natural resources, archaeology, land management/restoration, engineering or other
environmental fields.
Scholarship Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the scholarships, each candidate must:
 Be enrolled or accepted at an accredited college or university, for the Fall 2026 semester;
 Intends to pursue an environmental career in energy, archaeology, engineering or other
environmental field; and
 Participate in an interview if chosen as a finalist.
