• Open to all majors
• Applicant must have a high school cumulative GPA of 2.8
• Applicant must be a Texas resident
• Applicant must be a Houston resident
• Applicant must be involved in extracurricular activities: sports SGA, Music, Art
• Applicant must submit a one page essay on why he or she needs and deserves this scholarship.
• Applicant must have graduated from Yates High School
