PENN Entertainment STEM Scholarship Program

• Be a full-time student
• Major in a STEM field, defined at Prairie View A&M University as engineering or business, science or mathematics
• Have a minimum grade point average of 2.75
• Hold any classification, with a preference of freshman and sophomore for initial awards
• Have financial need evidenced by FAFSA completion
• Not require work sponsorship now or at any point in the future for employment in the U.S.

For Scholarship Renewals:
o A recommendation from Penn Entertainment (surveying demonstrated knowledge and interest in Penn Entertainment and the entertainment industry)
o A recommendation from PVAMU
o Satisfactory progress made toward graduation (Each renewal recipient must move up a classification each year in order to receive a renewed award.)
o Engagement in PENN Entertainment STEM Scholar activities and/or internships
o No formal commitment to intern or work full-time at another company upon graduation. This includes participation in a program or scholarship that requires a commitment to full-time employment with said program or scholarship grantor upon graduation.
