2026-2027 TMCF | Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s Scholarship

SUMMARY:
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending TMCF’s member schools, which include 57 publicly funded HBCUs. Four scholars will be selected to receive a need-based scholarship of up to $5,000 for the 2026-2027 academic year. The total eligible scholarship amount will be disbursed as a single payment during the fall 2026 semester (which can only be applied to verifiable costs associated with average tuition and usual fees).

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Be a full-time enrolled student as an undergraduate junior or senior at a TMCF member school during the 2026-2027 academic year
Open to designated majors focusing on conservation or sustainability-related fields
Current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
Must have the 2026-2027 FAFSA on file at your selected university/college by the time of selection
Must be able to demonstrate a financial need
