SUMMARY:
This scholarship is open to undergraduate students currently enrolled at Prairie View A&M University who have been personally impacted by gun violence or affected through their community.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be an undergraduate student at Prairie View A&M University
• Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
• Must submit two letters of recommendation from university staff (e.g., professor, community assistant, advisor)

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Essay Requirement: Applicants must submit a minimum 500-word essay responding to the following prompt: “How has gun violence impacted your personal life or community, and what solutions do you believe could help reduce it?”
