2025 NABJ Scholarships

SUMMARY:
The NABJ Board of Directors awards a scholarship to students who have a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in journalism and media, a record of community service, and who are in need of financial support.

DEADLINES:
February 28, 2025
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

- Current NABJ student member in good standing

- Undergraduate sophomore, junior or senior/graduate student with at least one full-year of school remaining at the time of the application and disbursement of funds at an accredited U.S. college or university

- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (on a 4.0 scale) verified by an official transcript

- Completion of application requirements

- If selected, failure to meet the noted criteria will result in a refund of funds to NABJ.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants may apply for multiple NABJ scholarship, internship and fellowship opportunities. However, only one award will be awarded per calendar year per recipient.
