• Scholarship is open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors
• Applicant must be majoring in Mathematics
• Applicant must have a major and semester GPA of 3.0
• Applicant must have a high school cumulative GPA of 2.75
  Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75
• Applicant must be enrolled full time with a cumulative of 30 hours
• Applicant must be enrolled full-time (at least 12 hours)
