  • Applicant must be a Music major
  • Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8
  • Applicant must be enrolled full time
  • Applicant must be Detroit, Seattle or Texas residents
    Scholarship is need based or lack of financial resources, low income family. Chairman of Music Department must make recommendation of student.
