Open to all undergraduate classifications
Open to all majors

• Applicant must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester of the award
• Applicant must have a cumulative 2.5 GPA
• Applicant must be involved in extracurricular activities such as the deans list, class officer, athletic recognition, etc.
• Award no more than five $1,000 scholarships annually to students attending PVAMU or a graduating senior who attends school in Beaumont or Port Arthur planning to attend PVAMU
• Applicants must be able to legally work in the US
• Recipient can receive only one Beaumont Prairie View Alumni Association scholarship
• Scholarship is merit based
