• Open to all undergraduate classifications
• Open to any major
• Applicant must have a semester GPA 3.0
• Applicant must have a cumulative GPA 3.0
• Applicant must have semester hours of 15
  or
• Applicant must be an incoming freshman
• High school applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Applicant must be a resident of Jefferson County, TX or Orange County, TX; preference to Beaumont, TX.
• Applicant must be involved in Extracurricular activities (church, school and or/community).
• Need based or lack of financial resources (FAFSA must be on file and student must demonstrate a financial need).
• Total dollar amount each student can receive a semester is $1000
