Beatrice Diaz was a beloved mother and a fierce advocate for education.

Bea was the first in her family to go to college and remained committed to furthering her education as a single mother, completing her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in education. Beatrice committed to using her skills by working as a high school teacher for over thirty years, making a lasting impact on countless students.

This scholarship aims to honor the legacy of Beatrice Diaz by supporting students who are passionate about pursuing degrees in either Education or Business Administration.

Any high school senior or undergraduate student in Texas who is studying Education or Business Administration may apply for this scholarship.
